Our goal is to help patients regain full hand and upper extremity function.
A number of conditions may cause you ongoing pain or hypersensitivity to touch, pressure or temperature. Desensitization reduces hypersensitivity that may occur with sensory nerve regeneration, new scar tissue, neuromas or other injuries. After nerve injury, sensory
re-education helps to adapt the brain’s response to the injured areas.
We provide therapy for conditions such as:
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Cumulative trauma
- Nerve injuries
- Reflex sympathetic dystrophy
- Soft tissue injuries
- Surgical and non-surgical fractures
- Tendonitis and trigger finger
- Tendon lacerations
- Wrist and elbow injuries
